I personally prefer natural acne treatments because they are inexpensive and don’t cause adverse reactions like other products. I also use external applications of honey for my acne problem and I’m very satisfied. This acne treatment really works for me. I warmly recommend it.

Interesting, I have never read about tooth paste i will have to explore that one, my teenager always tells me she never wants to take drugs for her acne.

  3. Mic says:

Actually, you should base the treatment on the type and level of acne you have. No need to get laser treatment or opt for oral antibiotics if you have “mild” acne. If a “natural” treatment has worked for you in the past then use it but, if you are still having break outs, then you might want to consider something else.
Most treatments will work if you stick to them.

I make a mask of honey and cinnamon and sleep with it on my face. It helps with irritation and redness. It has also improved the overall quality of my skin. I break out around my chin and forehead. My breakouts have been intense lately due to stress. I am 26, a single mom, just moved 500 miles from all my family and started a new job. Not good for my skin at all. :-(
